Tribadic cuisine surveys the cultural history of female-female love through
cooking and recipes. Virva Hepolampi, Johanna Pakkanen and Rita Paqvalén
present stories of tribadic kitchens and restaurant history gleaned from
literature, movies, biographies and interviews. You can buy a Tribad apron
to take home for your own gastronomic adventures. In cooperation with

Dance Theatre ERI brings to the stage of Zodiak a poetic café where
people meet one another, find themselves and their dreams. Reality becomes
a dream and humor interchanges with profound intensity in this performance
which highlights the importance of passion, different destinies, another
kind of love. Tiina Lindfors in an ingenious genderblending role crowns
this stylistically masterly and entertaining story which can easily be
read into the canon of Finnish lesbian art. Composition: Drömkvartetten.

Come and prepare a dinner based on lesBian recepies with the help of our
tutor Hannele Hakola. The results are consumed at the end of the evening.
Vegetarian provisions are included in the fee but bring your own beverages

Film director Auli Mantila tells about the making of 'Neitoperho' (1997)
before screening. 'Neitoperho' is prefaced with three short videos: 'Boygirl'
(Aurora Reinhard, 12 min, 2002), 'Gatan är min/The Street is Mine'
(Sara Swanson and Sanna Turell, 11, 2002) and 'Name/Brand' (Liisa Karvonen,
2 min, 2002). Language: Availability of a subtitled copy of 'Neitoperho'
not confirmed; videos subtitled, non-linguistic or in english. Small entrance

make-up, dressing up and try out the charm of womanly gestures. We also
discuss how femininity is constructed. Tutors: Annamari Vänskä

ja minä, 1991) and young adult fiction writer Salla Simukka (Kun
